  • Contact details such as your name, job title, organisation, email address and phone number when you fill in a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Project information you share with us when requesting a quote, proposal or support.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the website.
  • Communication records of emails, messages and calls with our team.

03How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Keep the website secure, fix problems and improve how it works.
  • Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the reason it was collected.

04Legal basis and consent

We process personal data where you have given consent, where it is needed to prepare or perform a contract with you, where the law requires it, or where it is necessary for our legitimate business interests and does not override your rights.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

05Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. Some features, such as embedded reviews or the WhatsApp chat button, may be provided by third parties who set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work correctly if you do.

06Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only when necessary, and only with:

  • Government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers.

Anyone we share data with must protect it and use it only for the agreed purpose.

07International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the Sultanate of Oman. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives an appropriate level of protection, as required by applicable law.

08How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including any period required by law for accounting, tax or contractual records. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

09How we protect data

Security is central to what we do. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encrypted connections, restricted permissions and regular backups.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected people and authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
